Food – The most important thing in life, without food you can approximately live for a couple of days. Food will give you energy to do whatever you want to do. Carbohydrate, fat and protein are essential for a person to build the body.

Carbohydrate can be either fast carbohydrate or slow fast carbohydrate. Fast carbohydrate can exist in food like candy, soft drinks, cookies etcetera. This kind of food is not healthy and it is recommended to eat slow carbohydrated food.
Slow carbohydratet food can exist in potatoes , rice, beans etcetra. This kind of food slowly digest in the stomach and carbohydrates are slowly absorbed into the body.(1)
Fat gives us energy and can be either solid, semisolid and liquid and it is importent to eat because  it contains fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A, D, E, K.

Protein are the bodys building blocks and it is importent that you get it from the food. All the essential amino acids you get from meat, eggs, fish, beans, lentils, peas etcetra.
