Trees – Trees are a long-standing plant that is made out of wood and consisting out of cellulose and lignin.

The biggest trees is in the the world is the coniferous plant american redwood that grows in Kalifornia. The tallest tree should be around 115 meters (377 feet) and there are many trees bigger than 100 meters (328 feet). This place is situated in Redwood National Park in north Kalifornia. (1)

Trees are the source of food to many people around the world for especially fleshy fruits that can be apples, pears, plums. To get fruits on a trees they need to pollinate flowers by insects, especially bees that is attracted by the rich nectar in the flowers. Trees can also be pollinated my the wind  (2)(3)
